Another gallery of captures from Blu-ray discs, strictly for entertainment purposes. Please only look at these caps as a very vague indication of what the actual image quality is, which obviously will look a lot better on your calibrated 1080p TV set/monitor/display. HD screencaps look quite different from site to site, monitor to monitor; differences in color, contrast, darkness levels always vary. Nor is this a review site, simply because I'm pretty bad at spotting meddling, or at least the different versions of this (EE, DNR, grain removal -- there's a ton of grain removal processes, blocking, halos, mosquio noise, ringing, posterization, banding, jaggies, etc.) All that being said: enjoy, hopefully this site will offer a look at some titles not found elsewhere. Some of these images will have spoilers and R-rated content. Updates will be weekly -- if possible.

I'm sure it's an improvement over the non-anamorphic dvd here but good god...

Oh dear.
May I ask, is it uncut?

I am screaming after looking at these awful caps :-)

Hey, I trusted the much-hyped Icon Home Entertainment to deliver something great here. Again. ;)
It's not the Director's Cut as far as I can tell (starting to forget the edits after all these years). Have that one on an anamorphic DVD somewhere - from Asia - complete with the commentary and all. Nothing more funny/sad back in the day than Disney putting the Director's Cut commentary on the edited version and hearing them talk about scenes that weren't there, or shortened...

I'm putting this one on the master before I lay the blame on Icon.
Their encoding is usually top notch; here it looks like they've managed to encode digital noise.
