Another gallery of captures from Blu-ray discs, strictly for entertainment purposes. Please only look at these caps as a very vague indication of what the actual image quality is, which obviously will look a lot better on your calibrated 1080p TV set/monitor/display. HD screencaps look quite different from site to site, monitor to monitor; differences in color, contrast, darkness levels always vary. Nor is this a review site, simply because I'm pretty bad at spotting meddling, or at least the different versions of this (EE, DNR, grain removal -- there's a ton of grain removal processes, blocking, halos, mosquio noise, ringing, posterization, banding, jaggies, etc.) All that being said: enjoy, hopefully this site will offer a look at some titles not found elsewhere. Some of these images will have spoilers and R-rated content. Updates will be weekly -- if possible.

Nice-looking caps, and the film sounds as if it might be right up my street. Is it too much to hope that there are English subtitles on the disc?

Sadly there aren't any [English] subtitles on the disc (these days it's on a film-by-film basis, typically some people who buy the distribution rights "ask" to have them released unsubbed).
But there's always...

Despite the silly 'extra title' addition, Revolver Entertainment also handled that French WWII film you were circling nicely.

There are different kind of shoes and sandals for different occasions and purposes. FM boots is quite stylish. Many ladies also love to wear knee high boots, as they are quite classy in looks. Cowboy boots are also in.

Know the difference between elegant and casual. Wedges come in a variety of styles and while some are great for a casual date they may not work for a sophisticated night on the town or a special occasion. If you look in the mirror and feel you're wedges aren't up to par with the rest of the outfit you're probably right.

When buying wedges for casual use, look for onces that have heels composed of cork, rubber or other soft materials. These materials will act as a cushion allowing for better shock absorption which can maximize you're comfort level.

The typical roman sandals have multiple horizontal straps that cross the feet and ankles. These straps are usually thick, giving a rather masculine appeal to the shoes. These horizontal straps can also reduce the height of a person as it cuts across.
